  • Contact/Quote details: name, phone, email, pick-up/drop-off addresses, move details, and any notes you provide.
  • Communications: emails, WhatsApp messages, call logs (time/number).
  • Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed (via cookies/analytics if enabled).
  • Job records & invoices for completed moves.

2) How we use your data (lawful bases)

  • Provide quotes & do the job (contract).
  • Customer service & scheduling (contract/legitimate interests).
  • Improve our site & measure usage (consent via cookies).
  • Keep accounts/tax records (legal obligation).
  • Protect our business e.g., fraud/abuse prevention (legitimate interests).
    We do not sell personal data or do automated decision-making.

3) Sharing your data

  • Service providers acting on our behalf: web hosting, email, website analytics/cookie tool (CookieYes), and, if used, cloud storage or form tools. They may be outside the UK; when they are, we rely on UK adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Legal/insurance recipients when required by law or to establish/exercise legal claims.

4) Retention

  • Enquiries not booked: up to 12 months.
  • Customers & invoices: up to 6 years for HMRC/records.
  • Analytics cookies: per each cookie’s lifespan (see Cookie Policy).
    We securely delete or anonymise when no longer needed.

You can access, correct, erase, restrict, object, or port your data, and withdraw cookie consent at any time (use the cookie banner’s “Revisit consent” link).

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (HTTPS, access controls, least-privilege accounts). No method is 100% secure.

Our services aren’t intended for children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

Our site may link to third-party sites (e.g., WhatsApp). Their privacy policies apply.

9) Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version.
